4-Element Radiation Balance Meter / LPNET14
A four-element radiation balance meter that measures net radiation (radiation balance) in the wavelength range from 0.3 μm to 45 μm.
A four-component radiation balance meter that measures net radiation (radiation balance) in the wavelength range of 0.3μm to 45.0μm. It consists of a pair of all-sky solar radiation sensors (one for downward solar radiation ESW↓ and the other for upward surface-reflected solar radiation ESW↑) and a pair of long-wave (nighttime) radiation sensors (one for infrared radiation from the sky EFIR↓ and the other for infrared radiation from the surface EFIR↑). The LPNET14 is equipped with a built-in temperature sensor (NTC). The infrared (long-wave) radiation is calculated from the output of a thermopile and the temperature of the radiation balance meter body obtained from this built-in temperature sensor. It is designed and manufactured to withstand long-term outdoor use even in harsh weather conditions. ▼ Each pair of solar radiation sensors and long-wave radiation sensors measures radiation balance with four components ▼ Measurement wavelength range: 0.3μm to 45.0μm ▼ Built-in silica gel cartridge for condensation prevention (replaceable) ▼ Robust construction designed for long-term use, M12 connector connection
